The three blends, Profundo (50/50), Precioso (70/30), and Reserva do Fundador (80/20), have so impressed us with their value for money
that we decided to expand our range to include these balanced espressos. Due to their more moderate roast, all three are also ideal for preparation in a fully automatic coffee machine.Precioso is, in a way, the ace up its sleeve, as its balanced characteristics satisfy both discerning home baristas and price-conscious restaurateurs. This blend, with its rounded chocolatey flavor, makes it perfect for preparing all classic Italian coffee specialties.Taste: Sweet and spicy, with a deep chocolatey flavor.
