Medium roasts are known for their poor brewing flexibility, but certainly not for their poor flavor and complexity. Medium roasts are excellent in pour-overs, French presses, drip filter machines, and bean-to-cup machines.

They’re not too bitter or too rich, but you still get good aroma and flavor notes. If you’re already a medium to dark roast drinker but want to experiment with our coffee in brewing methods, you can’t go wrong with Gorilla’s Medium Roast coffee.
